During my first TT in 2001, we were asked, "Who are you?" I burst into tears and ran out of the room! Days later, I looked down at my name written on my mat... AMME. Am Me. I am me. Not something that can be described or defined with words. In your yoga practice we get down to the essence of who you REALLY are.
I had the pleasure of having Larry Schultz as my main teacher for 10 years (1999-2009). The 200 hr foundation course in January 2001, was followed by one of the first ever rocket trainings in 2002. Larry checked up on me in London 2010 to make sure I "still teaching the rocket". I was.
And I still am... zoom classes Tuesday - Friday. In person Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday, as well as the occasional training (currently in the middle of the Mission Vinyasa 200 hr), workshop and retreat.
